The Human Resources committee:

  • Oversees the development and completion of an annual salary survey
  • Conducts outreach and community education regarding human services careers
  • Discusses Human Resources and labor law related topics and makes suggestions to the larger DDAWNY group on policy and regulatory changes to be made by OPWDD
  • Advocates for changes to be made by New York State or OPWDD that will improve employment and employee relations for DDAWNY member agencies
