The DDAWNY Human Resources Committee is made up of Human Resources professionals from all DDAWNY agencies whose primary job is to oversee the Human Resources function at their respective agencies.

The Human Resources committee:

Oversees the development and completion of an annual salary survey
Conducts outreach and community education regarding human services careers
Discusses Human Resources and labor law related topics and makes suggestions to the larger DDAWNY group on policy and regulatory changes to be made by OPWDD
Advocates for changes to be made by New York State or OPWDD that will improve employment and employee relations for DDAWNY member agencies
