Erik Elsaesser – Aspire

Courtney continues to inspire others through her voice, leadership, and dedication to helping people with disabilities pursue lives defined by possibility and self-determination.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Douglas DiGesare – The Arc Erie County New York
Recognized for nearly four decades of visionary leadership and advocacy on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Doug’s impact on services, community inclusion, and system advancement throughout Western New York has been profound and lasting.
