The OPWDD 2025 Annual Report is now available for review. The report summarizes progress under OPWDD’s 2023–2027 Strategic Plan, including updates on housing, employment, support during transitions, and system improvements.
A Plain Language version is available in 13 languages. The report reflects input from people receiving services, their families, providers, and community members.
